A: Orders are processed quickly. Please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order if you wish to make changes.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes! We offer free shipping to the USA and most European countries. International rates may apply elsewhere.

A: You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped. Please allow 48 hours for updates to appear.

A: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us before returning an item.

Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Q: Are your artworks ready to hang?
A: Most of our pieces come ready to hang, unless otherwise noted. Each product description includes mounting details.

Q: Do you offer custom sizes or designs?
A: At this time, we do not offer custom art. However, we frequently update our collection with fresh designs and sizes.
